Lukas looks over at Addi, elbowing Rokkel. "Rok, shut up, will ya?" he mutters. Rokkel pauses, glancing over. "Hello. I'm Rokkel, daughter of Nemesis."
Ultima glances at Addi, "Oh hi, my name's Ultima." He waves friendly at her, then he steps back.
Rokkel sighs, chewing on her lower lip. "C'mon. Best not to linger her any londer."
"Okay," Ultima sighed, "where to go now?"
Rokkel shifts her weight nervously, frowning. "I was sort of hoping that you might know somewhere," she says quietly. Lukas glances over at her.
"I thought you said..."
"It's too small."
Ultima shifted to his right leg. "Well, I guess we can head to one of my safe houses. It's quite a bit far away but it's safe... Like that one book with the percy jackson thingy.... What was that place called?"
Rokkel furrows her brow, trying to think. "I can't remember. A little more traveling won't hurt Luke and me. There's a house not too far from here, but it's pretty small and I doubt we'd all be able to sleep there. Unless you wanna check the place out."
"Well, we can check it out. It might not hurt to." Ultima looked at his left leg. "I injured it a couple of weeks ago while I was fighting off monsters... I need to rest it. Let's go." Ultima looked at Rokkel.
Rokkel nods, slipping her bow over her shoulder and starting in the general direction of the house, humming to herself. Lukas follows a few feet behind, hands shoved in the pockets of his leather jacket.
Ultima followed along, his thoughts wandering. He prayed to his father, Poseidon and hoped that his father would reply.
Rokkel sighs, finally finding the somewhat run-down two bedroom cottage she'd found abandoned in the woods nearly five years ago. "If anyone tried blowing the place up again," she starts, glaring pointedly at Lukas, "I will not refrain from putting an arrow through their throat."
She pushes the door open, ducking inside and batting at a cobweb.
Ultima followed the two into the house. "I guess it'll do." He finally relaxed a bit and sat down on the floor.
Rokkel sits on a stool near the door, braiding her hair to get it out of her face. "You think? I can sleep out here since there's only two rooms."
Ultima stood up. "Well, I'm tired so I guess I'll go into the other room and get a snooze. Some one should keep patrol and watch out for anything suspicious." Ultima walked into the other room and curled up on the floor.
"Night, Rok," Lukas says, disappearing into his designated room. Rokkel sighs, walking to the middle of the room and notching an arrow, deciding she probably wouldn't sleep tonight anyway.
In his sleep Ultima dreamed of an ill omen that was going to happen soon, he started sweating and woke up. "No, not him."
Rokkel had begun pacing in the "living room", her muscles coiled. Just the wind... That's all it was... she tells herself, shuddering and rubbing her arms. She could have sworn she'd heard leaves crunching under someone's feet.
Ultima got up and he felt the presence again. He went into the main room, "Rokkel! Lukas! Run! Now!" He motioned for them to go, "I didn't see any exit door back there, but there's a window where you can crash through go now! We'll meet up back at the river we met at." With that he unsheathed his daggers.
Rokkel shakes her head, grabbing a bronze sword from where it had been hidden. "No. We're not leaving. I've been fighting these things for six years. I think we'll be fine."
