Nalia sighed. "Yeah, I'm okay. Thanks about earlier."
Abhay simply smiled and went back to reading his book.
Nalia began reading again, squinting at the pages. If only she had her glasses...
"You alright?" Abhay asked when he saw Nalia squinting. Whats up?
Nalia pressed her hands to her eyes. "Can't see."
"Don't you have glasses or something?" he asked a bit puzzled.
Nalia sighed. "I don't wear them..."
"Why not? It would help your vision" he asked. He found it kind of stupid to not wear them though you need them.
Nalia sighed. "The other cheerleader don't like them."
"You don't need to care about what other people say. You are perfectly amazing the way you are" he replied with a smile.
Nalia blushed, blinking. "Oh...th-thanks Abhay..."
"It's no problem bud" he said with a big grin
Nalia smiled and fished around in her bag for her glasses.
He yawned and laid his head back and closed his book on his lap. He quickly fell asleep. He turned and his head came to rest on Nalia's shoulder.
Nails smiled softly and pulled her jacket out. She laid it on the table and and gently rested his head on it. "Sleep well..."
Abhay woke abruptly when she set his head down. "Sorry, I'm just a bit tired" he said.
Nalia smiled. "It's fine, go ahead and sleep."
"Nah, I better get going home. You wanna come over and work on the project with me?" he asked.
Nails nodded. "Okay, let's meet up! Where do you live?"
"Down Johns street" he replied.
