I know. >.< I do miss the AHOE pace. We could develop a thread at the end of one roleplay and continue it in the middle of the next. This may be the third installment, but it's with completely new characters and a new plot. It's been too long since I've had to work with such a short time span. :P

Whatever you wish them to talk about is fine with me. Leona shouldn't have to banish them for the rest of the roleplay and beyond, with any luck. XD Her panties might, in Akako's way of saying, get in a wad, but...nothing too damaging.

When would you like for Hector to have his Delias-infiltrated dreams? You might want to have a day with Jo; just let me know when in the roleplay, perhaps by making a deal of him lying down to sleep or something. Whenever you want is fine with me.

Yeah, it'll be strange when this roleplay and AHOE are actually done—what will go next? Though, quite honestly, I'm not sure if I'll continue rping after AHOE. I do want to finish it, but I'm also getting busier and busier, so that might be my last roleplay... But that won't be for a while, and things might change :)

And okay great! As for Hector, maybe Delias can enter in once he gets down to Columbia (which is where the Bogota base is)? Since Leah hasn't been on as much, I'll try to hurry the pace of that area up some more, so then it won't drag the rest of the rp much

It is a sad thought, to stop roleplaying. But by the time BT is done, it should be summer, maybe even as late as June. AHOE should begin around the end of BT, and we know that will last well into the year, perhaps even the end of it. That'll put me and some others on here halfway through our junior year, and, well...I should have time to stay on, at least until my senior year, but I don't know if I can start another trilogy like we've done with the Busting and AHOE series. It's all very sad. I know I have to stop one day, but the thought...well, I suppose I've always thought I could pop on every once in a while, but what use would that be when you have to get on virtually every day for a post or two?

I don't like to think abou it. :/

And alright. Just let me know, once he's down there, when you would like it to happen. We'll probably have another two/three day skip (in the Americas and in the European areas, hopefully) after a day or two worth of roleplaying, what with Delias arriving soon and some character interaction that needs to happen. The skip is necessary in the European areas, due to the fact that a lot of characters are in Fort London, and they'll need a skip to show some days passing for mission/settling purposes. Perhaps, once you get Hector (and if Leah plans on it, Jo) down there to the beginning of the battle, the three day skip could come out with Hector victorious at the Bogota Base? I don't mind how you want to do it. ^_^

It is strange to think about it, especially after roleplaying for over a year (*gasp!*) on this site. If AHOE3 wasn't happening after this, BT would probably have been my last one---but I really want to finish AHOE (plus, it'll be a nice way to end things here :) ), so I'll wait until that is over first. Already, though, things (especially school) is starting to get crazy, and junior year it'll be even worse...I'll just do my best haha

Yeah, that sounds good, to have the skip occur during the battle. Seeing as there are only two character who'll be involved in it, there's not really a point in showing every detail and having you guys wait ^_^. And you can start having Delias messing with Hector whenever you feel like the moment is right haha---even earlier or later than planned, if you think it would be better that way :)

I feel the same way, with things being so busy. Sometimes I just have so much, with sports and school and friends, and I have to rush around the site, apologizing and explaining that I'll be absent. But then again, in other instances, I have all the time in the world. I'd just hate to quit and then regret it...if I do stop roleplaying after AHOE (which I might, depending on how long it lasts and if we have another roleplay planned), I don't plan on coming back. Once I'm done, I'm definitely done.

And alright, no problem. ^_^ I won't have Delias randomly pop in Hector's head, like, Surprise! I'll probably wait until just before the skip, perhaps to put the idea of suspicion of what Delias will do in Hector's head before the battle? Anytime you feel Hector's ready or it would be a good time, just have him take a nap or fall asleep, and I'll get the message. :P

Haha well, I'm glad I'm not the only one :P. But yeah, I agree---once I say I'm leaving, I don't think I'll be back. Which is weird to think about, considering last month was my two-year TI-anniversary (granted, I didn't go on TI that whole time, but still. It's strange).

Awesome! I'm gonna try to have Hector and the other people he'll be taking leave tomorrow morning, rp-time, so that should give Delias time to mess around with him *evil laugh* >;D

Our poor, poor characters. We put them through just about everything, dont we? XD I'll have Delias pop up in Arizona in another post or two, in which he'll no doubt overhear mention of Hector. That'll be what gets his attention, and, naturally, he'll dig for information and find out Leona's spreading the nasty little message about him.

Ah, the drama to come. >:)

Whoo bumping this up again! This time, it's about the ending of Busting Through and a little about Book Three of Avatar.

In short: How would you feel about Hector and Leona ending up together?

I don't know what you had in mind for her, but I felt like there was some se.xual tension between them at times and if they just got over themselves something might have been able to happen between them. I also don't think they would rush into a relationship immediately after Delias's death- they'd definitely wait until peace/stability/&c was restored and all before they'd seed a relationship, especially considering how young they are now and how it wasn't too long ago that Leona found out Dolphin's character (can't remember his name. Kors?) had been cheating on her. (Correct me if I'm wrong about Leona on any of that)

Anyway, so maybe our summary posts could include something about them meeting again sometime in the future, hinting at a possible relationship between them? If not, that's perfectly all right ^_^

Also, about A:HOE3, this probably seems really random and insignificant (and rightly so haha), but what happened to Ruri's body after she died? Was it buried and lost under all the destruction from the Fekkara attack, or was it eventually recovered and brought back to her family (or something completely different)?

I definitely thought there was something blossoming between Leona and Hector, and I agree that neither of them would rush into a relationship - both would be too busy managing the end of the War, and the other valid points you mentioned would probably keep a relationship at bay for quite some time.

I'm totally on board with hinting at a future relationship. Given everything, I think it would be very fitting. ^_^

In all honesty, I never had the time to plan out what exactly happened to Ruri's body. But after some thought, I think I have a general idea: Though Ruri was facing heat for teaming up with Jiyu, the note she sent the police - useless, since Jiyu was found without it - and her family's reputation will have kept her name in good graces with the anti-Bender community. Considering her death was obviously by a Waterbender's hand, I would think the Fekkara would have wanted to dispose of her body rather than let it be found, or else they would risk violent backlash against their cult from the anti-Bender community - and perhaps some radical non-Benders.

So in summary: Ruri's body was disposed of by the Fekkara, frozen through and then dumped in the bottom of a lake. Not a very happy ending for Ruri, but...she's never been destined for one of those.

Great!

And wow, haha, that's intense :o. Then again, I guess the Fekkara are very thorough... The reason I was wonder was basically because for the opening of Book Three for Jiyu, I was gonna have him try to find out where some of his former companions are. This would be how he found out Kaori was in jail, but I was debating on whether or not he should ask about Ruri. I didn't want him immediately knowing that she was dead, which would have been obvious if she was returned to her family. But since her bod was secretly buried elsewhere...he would probably refuse to assume that she was dead and just think she was in hiding or something.

I'm just picturing in my mind Jiyu meeting Kaiya, the general drama of their reunion...and then her being the one to tell him that Ruri really is dead, since Kaiya knows that Ruri and Jiyu have traveled together before. The feels...

I am very excited for the third book - even though it'll be kind of depressing, considering I'll most likely resign from this website after it's over. But that shouldn't be too soon in the future. We tend to drag out roleplays, both because they're so long - a lot happens in them - and because we wait for people to post before moving on. It's actually a great recipe for success, as far as roleplays go. o.O

It will be different though, without Dolphin. I was thinking he would be able to make it for the last book, but the last time he checked in with us, it didn't seem like he would be able to make the time for it. *le sigh*

Jiyu and Kaiya's reunion will be very dramatic, I think, as well as the reunions between, well, everyone else. So much drama!

The third book will be bittersweet, especially since I think everyone on the roleplay is planning on leaving afterwards. But hey, like you said, they last a while. Busting Through already has lasted over a year, and I remember Book Two lasted well over that haha.

I was thinking the same thing about Dolphin, which really disappoints me, since he was the one who started this roleplay, after all. We could at least try asking him when we get to that bridge, but I doubt it would do much good... Well, c'est la vie. :/

I'm confident Emily will return if we can get a hold of her. Karma and maybe Leah, too, but I have no idea where they could've disappeared and it's been long enough that J doubt they'll be back. I have Chanel's email so I could ask her, but she's far into college by now and I doubt she'll be back, either... Perhaps we could ask a couple new people to join in the roleplay? Not too many, especially since this will be the final installment, but a couple more maybe? I dunno.

It's going to be so weird, all of us leaving at once. But then again, it'll make things so much easier. I won't have to see you guys go, since we'll all be walking away at the same time.

I definitely want to keep in touch with you guys after TI, even if it's just random, once-a-year check-ups through NaNoWriMo or Wattpad or some other random writing site. It would be so weird to never hear from you guys again...

I would be very disappointed if Dolphin couldn't come back - because, as you said, they're his roleplays. It would be a shame, though I know a roleplay is a lot of committment, and I would hate to see him say yes to our offer and then back out halfway through. It's always so hard picking up after someone leaves.

I definitely think Emily will return, and Karma and Leah as well. But Leah left so suddenly that I wonder if she'll ever be back on, and Karma is always so in-and-out lately for very large periods of time. I also doubt Chanel will be back, since she said goodbye to TI a long time ago. Then again, none of them ever really said "goodbye" except for Dolphin. They just...never really came back on.

Pulling in a person or two to take over might be a good idea, especially since so many characters never found a new home. Peng, for instance.

It'll be weird once this is all over and we're gone, but I think it'll be good---and this last roleplay will be a great way to end things, I think. By the end of Book Three, we'll all be done with high school most likely if we weren't already in college. And as much as I'd love for Dolphin or Chanel to be back, I understand why they've moved on. If things aren't already busy enough with college and life and general, they're on to the next chapter of their life ^_^

But yeah maybe we can try to get a newbie or two to take on a couple characters. They'd have to read the summaries of the old roleplays and likely they'd want to have at least one new, original character to play, but I think we can manage with that haha

The whole thing is kind of bittersweet. Because while I'm so happy for the people who have moved on to the next phase of their life, I'm also sad that they had to leave. I can't imagine ever coming back to TI once I quit. I just hope everyone is happy with where they are. ^_^

We can definitely handle a few new characters, haha. But whoever wanted to join would definitely need some detailed summaries, especially of the characters they wanted to take on - and as you said, they'd probably want to take on a new character of their own. It could definitely be done, though. With so few of us left, it might actually be preferable.
