Alanah clenched her jaw. "One might say it's learned." She growled. "are you always this irritating sailor boy? Or is it an a learned triat?" she sneered mocking him. She pulled back her bow and shot it out of anger hopingby some miracle that it would hit the boy, to where it would injure him but not kill, just to cause imence pain.

"I see that you are dodging my question often sailor boy, who are you?" She shot her arrow again, hiting a tree. She kept humming to try and keep her tempure under controll. Beath in and out, you can endure this just keep calm. She hummed to herself again.

"Oh, I'd say it's a learned trait, after all. I spent a good many years cultivating it," Haven replied good humoredly, watching as an arrow sprouted in the ground near his feet. Ah, a weapon wielding irritated haughty princess. Now, that's not the best mixture, he thought dispassionately.

"I must inform you, though, I'm glad to hear that your sight seemed to be working. I haven't yet met a person who could actually see a conversation, words being immaterial things and such," Haven continued to needle her.

Haven's stomach sent another hunger pang wracking up his body. Gods above, I haven't been this hungry since that stowaway on that Singolian ship.

((Oh, coolio! About the dagger. Not about the still doing homework thing. My mom bought Hunger Games, and I was watching it while doing Algebra HW :P Oh, and if you want to join a cool RP that's still accepting charries, Aeliss has a neat one called 'Incipient', which sounds like a lot of fun ^^))

Good, I just hit my mark. She said slightly cocky in her head. "I'll take that as a complement." She said firing another arrow torwards the last one. "Now dear sailor boy let me ask you this." She sneered the dear. "Why would you spend years 'cultivating' such a stupid trait that could cause you to get killed? Atleast my triat helped me survive." She ended sharply.

She decided this was almost getting no where and that she should just leave the stranger to rot and die out here, while getting on with her duty and such but something held her back. I swear if the Gods are miss leading me to punishment... Her thoughts trailed off. She hummed some more attempting to calm her down from thoughts.

She decided to start up againg ith something more dark, since her wanning mood had to do with the fact that she hadn't had a meal in about a month and the cresent moon was tonight. If this sailor does turn out to be human, he's in for a wicked surprise. She thought.

Haven smiled lazily to himself. "You'd be surprised, fair princess in the forest. By using said stupid trait, I have learned your name, your status, a majority of your personality, the weapon that you carry, and some information about your background. All with my eyes closed and not giving a whit of information about myself," he said, amusedly.

He kept his eyes slit open a hair to see if this mysterious princess figure would make an appearance. "Your said helpful trait, on the other hand seems to be getting you entirely nowhere but circles."

Haven examined his nails conspiciuosly, rubbing dirt off of the gold loops around his dark fingers. Another arrow followed the last, and stuck quivering in the dirt a squick closer to his foot this time. Haven wasn't altogether worried. He was confident in his ability to move faster than an arrow at times.

Ah, cursed elf linneage. You do cause me the most pain and give me the most gifts. Haven caught a snippet of her humming, and devised a harmony to go with it, and hummed along. "I say," he said at last, " You do have a depressing choice in music."

Alanah let out a frustrated sigh. Good heavens, I swear if I hear one more sly and cocky remark. She thoughts trailed off into the list of possiblities and grinned. "It has not gotten me in circles, I know that your a sailor, that you have a natural gift for singing, your not far from where I am, you have the natural ability to get under peoples skin and that your not completely human. Oh and your hungry, I can hear your stomache from here." She ended slyly, still managing to keep her cool.

"So tell me sailor boy, how did I do?" She said mockingly. "Did I get most of it?" She fired another arrow, and followed it this time. She was getting closer but was still a bit aways from the sailor boy. Ah, I'm getting closer. she thought with statsfaction. She hummed some more of the so called 'depressing' tune that soothed her and kept her temper at bay. I don't want to loose it now. It would make it seem as if sailor boy has won, and I certainly don't want to loose.

Haven was not at all perturbed by Alanah's harshness. He thrived off of harshness. Just don't forget, that from what you've gathered, this princess isn't one to sit content with idle small talk. "In actuality fair maiden, three of those facts are inadequate and/or false. I highly doubt that it was your abrasive personality that led you to infer to my lovely voice, so that doesn't count. And neither does the fact I'm close. That requires no skills whatsoever to deduct."

"And whatever falsely leads you to believe me to not be completely human? I can assure you, I am one-hundred percent human." Haven was slightly annoyed by this acute statement made by Alanah, but he hid it well. Not a trace of irritation could be found in his voice, which was still mildly light.

"But I must commend you. Your intelligence may be a bit skewed, but it's a relief to know that your hearing is in excellent condition. All in all, I must say you did rather poorly. And you also get points off for being an irritating persona in general." This time, the arrow would've hit Haven's foot, but he twitched it to the side, and it instead sprouted out of the ground a centimeter away.

Alanah growled, I do not have a  low intelligence. I'm ten times smarter than he is, and he insists that he's the smart one! "Me, irritating. If anyone in this forest is irritating it's you! Also I can tell that your lying about being 100 percent human. If you were you'd be my dinner by now." She said frustrated. "Furthermore, I can not stand this conversation. I'm wasting my time, but the fates must be kind considering that they are pulling me towards you. Also partly because of my natural curiosity. I want to know who on this planet could be so annoying and  hinderous (I like the word even if i didn't use it in the right form)" She huffed.

She walked even further towards the stranger, her curiosity killing her. Then she catched a glimsp of gold in the dark forest. That has to be him, or some type of animal. she thought rushing towards the flick of gold. Then she stopped, there sat one of the most intreguing (sp) people she had ever layed her eyes on. He had golden hair like the sun had dripped its light into it, dark sun kissed skin and stunning featuers. In fact it was almost like he was the sun. And I'm the moon. she thought to herself in awe.

"No way, that can not be him." she murmered softly in disbelief. She was still a good 30 feet from him, he was laying down and look half asleep. Oh dear Gods. She shook her head slightly, and pointed another arrow towards his shoulder, ready to fire when ever she let go.
