I don't know why, but with 1x1s, I like sticking to fantasy, especially -but not exclusively- medieval fantasy. So then, I have a couple of different general ideas but only the time and patience for one 1x1.
My requirements:
* You must be on regularly and remain dedicated.
* You must make an effort to remain literate. I don't expect you to go through a spell check or anything, but I do expect you to remain as literate as possible, and to make an effort at correcting errors before posting them to prevent severe confusion.
* Please, please, PLEASE avoid one-liners. Yeah, sometimes in a 1x1 you just can't think of anything to add, but I want you to try really, really hard to get at LEAST a few words past one line.
* Please be careful not to pp my characters to make them say, do, think, or feel something. They are my characters and I will control them. I will not control your characters and their reactions, I ask you to return that favor.
* I will respect you, your opinions, and your ideas but only as long as you do the same for me. I want to have fun with this, okay?
* Please warn me if you will be absent.
Right, so now that that is set aside, what kind of story would you like to go for? I've got a lot of stuff, and we could go for more romance or more friendship. And there's going to be a level of action and adventure in this regardless.

((I would love to do a Fantasy 1X1, except that next week I'll be quite busy, gone from 12 to 8 this week, if you'd rather do a 1X1 with someone who will be on more often for the first week.))

((Oh no Roseatta, I don't mind that. I'd love to do a 1x1 with you. So what generally do you want to go for? I bet I'll have an idea for it.))

((Okay, thanks. :) Actually, I'm extremely flexible for any sort of idea, though I do enjoy inter-dimensional themes, where there are seperate layers of reality and such. Sort of like a 'Narnia' thing, in the prequel. I'm willing to go along with anything you propse, though ^^))
Jul. 29, 2012 at 3:10 pm
((Well I've seriously got, like, a billion ideas involving anything from angels to vampires to alternate dimensions to a lot of other things. As far as the alternate dimensions thing goes, I'm not so far developed on that idea.))
Jul. 29, 2012 at 3:16 pm
((Okay, here's something that'll help me. Would you rather have friendship or romance? And would you rather have more mature and dangerous, or more exciting and kidlike?))
Jul. 29, 2012 at 3:19 pm
((You said you like medieval-type fantasy? I have a sort-of idea concerning mages in a medieval-type world. Is there any idea of yours that's really developed? Like I said, I can have fun and go along with virtually anything, so if you have a fantastic idea of any sub-genre that you really like, I that would work out. Oh, and I apologize for the rather long wait between posts sometimes, I was helping a sibling with something just a few minutes ago.))

((Oops, didn't see that post before I posted mine. I'm really quite bad at making descisions, but I do like dangerous and exciting, and slightly more mature topics better.))
Jul. 29, 2012 at 3:30 pm
((Still, friendship or romance? Mages in a medieval-type world? Well, there's always pulling something to do with dragons. Perhaps setting the story in a world of dark magic and dragon-riders?))
Jul. 29, 2012 at 3:36 pm
((Oh, perhaps a friendship that evolves into a romance? Yes, I very much like that idea. Similar to 'Eragon' with the dragon riders and all. There can be an evil emperor, perhaps a relationship where one person is in the higher ranks of society, and the other is of lower, but one stumbling upon a dragon as a hatchling?))
Jul. 29, 2012 at 3:41 pm
((Well, yeah, I like the idea of getting inspiration from Eragon, although I've never read any of the books or anything so I don't know the story outrageously well. Perhaps one character stumbles upon a hatchling, (as you suggested), while the other is passing through on some sort of self-asigned mission and already has a dragon when he/she discovers the character with the hatchling and, taking a liking to the character, decides to teach them. How does that sound?))
Jul. 29, 2012 at 3:45 pm
((Yeah, that sounds like a great idea! Then, perhaps the mission that the character was on in the first was of utmost importance, with an entire other group conspiring against it.))
Jul. 29, 2012 at 3:54 pm
((Yes! I very much like this idea! I think I'll end up taking the character with the hatchling, since I probably know less than you on the matter. Which do you prefer, male or female character?))

Jul. 29, 2012 at 3:59 pm
((Okay, that's fine with me. I can be either gender, though I think it'll fit better for me to be the male character, if that's alright with you.))

((Sure, that's fine. I guess we should post our characters then. Should we post our dragons too?))
Jul. 29, 2012 at 4:04 pm
((Okay, that'll work. Any set particular age group for our charries?))
Jul. 29, 2012 at 4:05 pm
((I'm not sure, but I kind of want to say somewhere between 17 and 23.))
