Tristan ducked his head down lower. He had inched on his headphones after a while, thinking that Mr. Goforth wouldn't mind, seeing that he ws done with his test already. But now that some tests were already handed in, there were already students moving around.

There was a guy showing off a few seats away, water arcing around him. Tristan could see the path designated for every single droplet of water, until the air seemed to swim with swim with it. He automatically moved his hand away from the corner of his desk as a droplet splashed down there a millisecond afterwards.

Tristan felt like he was trying to look underwater, especially as the boy began conjuring more watery forms. "Excuse me," he said softly and politely to the guy, "Could you please not throw so much, er, water around?" He brushed the droplet off of his desk. His eyes were dancing around the room, and his shoulders gave a nervous twitch.

Alex raised an eyebrow at Tristan. "I'm sorry," he said sarcastically. "Is it bothering you?" He laughed as he snapped his fingers, sending a small jet of water at Tristan's face. Who did that kid think he was?

Fleck turned around just in time to see Alex shoot water at the boy from the hallway. She quickly handed in her test to Mr. Goforth. Closing her eyes, she teleported herself to the back of the room. It was easier than walking. She tapped Alex on the shoulder, not pleased with what he was doing.

"Quit it," she hissed before lightly smacking Alex. After composing herself, she walked over to Tristan. "You okay?"

Henry accepted several papers from students who had finished their tests. In the middle of the classroom, there seemed to be a small disturbance, consisting of a kid skillfully conjuring and manipulating water. Several students were looking interestedly at the water-handler, but more of the class was looking annoyed.

"Alex", Mr. Goforth said firmly, "enough with the water. Very impressive, I'm sure, but can we save that for when we're not in the middle of class? All of the students have not yet finished their tests."

He stood up.

"Speaking of which, any of you who are finished, please bring the test papers to me, and you may talk quietly," Henry smiled, emphasizing 'quietly', "with any other students who are finished if you wish, while I start looking over your papers. This shouldn't take long."

Ambi scrolled her number at the very bottom of her test, where the page was blank. She tore it off and slid it to Alex as she headed to the front of the class with a few other students.

"Hey, Scott," she whispered as she waited for the kids in front of her to hand their papers in. "What did you get for number five?"

He didn't have a chance to answer before she handed her test to Mr. Goforth.

Tristan had ducked, but not quickly enough. Spangled crystalline shoots of water, ghosts of the jet that he had recieved splashed around him, and Tristan gave involunatry jumped when quite a few landed near him. "Yes, very much so," he muttered, wiping off his glasses.

He gave another frightful jump as that same black haired girl from before walked over to him. Without his glasses on, it looked like there were four of her in the room. One was still over next to Alex, admonishing him. He blinked and put his glasses back on. Unsure of whether the girl in front of him was real or not, he answered anyways.

"Er, yes. Yes, I'm fine. Only water. But if it were H2O2, on the other hand..." he gave a small nervous laugh. He really did dislike talking to people. It usually ended with the said person walking away extremely weirded out by the boy who would answer questions they'd never asked, or follow conversation topics they had never introduced.

With Mr. Goforth's announcement, Tristan groaned inwardly. Soon, the classroom would be an avalanche of noise, for him. He thumbed the volume on his headset, in an effort to escape the tumultous noise.

Sterling watched Rachel leave; he turns to look at the open door that she had pointed and realized something. *It was right near me?!* Sterling shook his head; he must be really late right now so he turns to the door and knocks on their as he peeks into the classroom. *I hope Mr.Gogorth won't be to mad about this.* He thought as he sees the teacher.

(Polar Bear, your posts are getting really confusing. I'm going to have to ask you to be a little more literate.)

Ambi handed in her paper and sat where the teleporter had been sitting. "Hey, Pete," she whispered once Peter had reseated himself. "You were helping her cheat? Isn't that a little--not you?"

He tried to shrug it off. "She was gonna do it anyway. I was just helping her not get caught."

She shrugged. Helping her not get caught?

She looked up as some new kid entered the room. "A late entry," she announced. "Welcome to the joys of test day."

(( I'm sorry; I just woke up >.< I'm really sorry :( ))

"Late entry?" He looks over to the girl who said it out loud; frowning. "I'm sorry for being late; I got distracted so how. It won't happen again; I assure of that, Mr.Goforth." Streling said turning to glance at the teacher.

(( This better or worse? ))

(Neither, though it does look a bit neater. And it's okay, I just like to have the posts literate enough that errors aren't too distracting.)

Ambi heard a couple of people in the classroom laugh. She just shrugged. "All the scholars have already finished, so there's no one left to cheat off of."

Peter shot her a hot glance but she ignored it. She hadn't been talking about him, but she knew he must've felt guilty about it. He was never the sort to break the rules. Well, not unless he had some motivation.

((Okay, I'm back. And it looks like I didn't miss too much.))

As Fleck walked back to her seat, she noticed that some girl ((Ambi)) had already taken it. There were two ways she could play this out. One: Fleck could simply take her bag and claim a new seat, or two: she could tell the girl to get out of her seat.

"Hey," Fleck said to the girl. She quickly bent down to grab her bag, never taking her blood red eyes off the girl. "You're in my seat. Fix that."

Alex watched, obviously amused at Fleck's lack of people skills. He pocketed Ambi's number, having every intention of using it some time soon.

"Hey Fleck," Alex chuckled, not waiting for a response. He snapped his fingers, sending an icy cold jet of water in Fleck's direction. "You need to cool down a bit."

Fleck didn't have a chance to even teleport before she was soaked by the icy water. This is war, she thought bitterly while glaring at Alex. "Get out of my seat," she snapped, once again directing her attention the girl.

Ambi, who'd finished her breif discussion with Peter, was perfectly willing to give the seat back until Fleck demanded it back.

If it came to a fight, which she doubted, Ambi doubted she would lose. This teleporter didn't have the supernatural strength Ambi did.

She grinned as Alex soaked her. "Make me," she challenged, leaning back in her chair and putting her feet on the desk.

Mr. Goforth was sure to yell at her for that, but she found the situation too promising to back out and give Fleck her chair.

"Trust me," Fleck hissed. "You really don't want me to do that. Besides, I'd hate to embarrass you." Fleck clenched her fists, not caring that her dagger-like nails were stabbing her palms. "Now, get out of my seat before I drag you out by your throat."

Alex was doing all he could to hold back from shouting, "CAT FIGHT!" It wasn't easy, but he was managing. If this situation broke into a fight, Alex wasn't sure who would win. He knew about Fleck's teleporting, extreme acrobatic skills, and ability to walk on walls. However, he didn't know what this Ambi girl was capable of. Oh well, he thought while smiling to himself. It's best to just enjoy the show.

Ambi let her black and gold wings pop out, tripling her size as she stood, on foot on her chair and one on the desk.

The excited students began talking all at once. Peter quickly hopped from his seat, making room for the possible fight and preparing to get invovled if he had to try to stop it.

He'd known Ambi for years and still she was unpredictable as ever.

((Yeah... Alex is.... he's weird like that lol))

"Oooh," Fleck said with sarcastic interest. "Pretty wings. Wanna see how fast I can claw them out?" She flashed her sharp nails in front of Ambi's face. She couldn't help but smirk as Peter dove out of his seat. Maybe Fleck didn't have a super amazing superpower, but she did pick up a few tricks after years of living in the circus. "Look, this can end so quickly if you just give me my seat back."

((Uhhhh, where's the teacher for all of this?? XP ))

"Say please," Ambi answered. She wasn't afraid of Fleck. If Fleck tried anything, she'd see how her "pretty wings" were for more than decoration.

   "Ambi," Peter cautioned.

Ambi sighed and hopped down from her post, retracting her wings. "Maybe next time." She walked over and seated herself beside Peter's newly chosen spot.

   "Pete, chill out."

He glared at her and she couldn't help laughing. This wasn't the first time this had happened, and he was used to it by now, but every single time he looked terrified, like fighting was a last resort he didn't want to be sucked into. "Calm down. Nothing happened. But I wish it would have. You need to man up--you're a superhero!"
