Ambi worked her way into the hall to find that Zeke had made it back just in time to find everything a wreck. She typically didn't interact with him, but seeing as they both had some questions for Tristan, she nodded hello to him. "I have the same question," she followed up.

(Roseatta, you're taking Alex and I'm taking Fleck, right?)

((That's fine, Nacho. After all, all of the other boys on here harass him. He needs a protector XD))

Tristan had slowly drifted away from the infirmary. If Fleck committed a homicide, it wasn't going to be his problem. He had made it a little out from the infirmary when he deemed it safe. Behind the Tchaikovsky that was blaring through his headphones, that irritating buzz had retreated, and his vision was more or less back to normal.

So, he was hovering a little awkwardly by the infirmary, too scared to brave going in when he heard someone shout his name, causing him to do a miniature jump. And only Zeke would be so familiar. Tristan squinted and adjusted his glasses. There were only a few possibilities hanging around him, and Tristan was easily able to discern the real Zeke, with a younger girl, no less.

Finally. A familiar face that wasn't going to bite his head off or shoot spouts of water at his head. "Zeke," he said, relieved, removing his clunky headphones, "There was an attack. I don't know what really happened since I, er," he cleared his throat a little embarrassed, "Couldn't handle it for long. Fleck teleported me out, but she has a broken ankle, I think. And Rachel fainted."

Tristan motioned to the doorway of the packed infirmary as if was the doorway to the underworld, "And now they're all in there."

Erin Zeke Braverman. So that was his name. Erin fumed for a few moments in the swivel chair when her chance to continue a conversation with Zeke was foiled by a little girl claiming someone was hurt. A girl. Named Rachel. Lord, please don't tell me he has a girlfriend, she thought sourly to herself.

Well, then. Back to snooping it was. Erin could almost hear the scolding voice in her ear. Dont get distracted, now. You're here for one purpose, and one purpose only. And it's not to make eyes at some boy.

Oh, it probably was because there was a voice in her ear. Actually from a small transmitter, but the technicalities didn't matter. Erin ground her teeth and didn't bother responding.

((I have to go, so I can't finish Erin's post, but I'll add on later.))

Zeke

"An attack?" Zeke repeated, his brows furrowing at the thought of people--Tristan, of all of them--being in danger. And he wasn't there? To help, and perhas protect them? It gave him an uneasy feeling in his stomach--guilt.

It's not like it was your fault. Zeke had to remind himself. Anything crazy like that could of happened...

"Rachel just fainted, Debbie." Zeke added, glancing down at the younger girl."She'll be fine, I'm sure. Along with Fleck." He didn't like to see the ten year old so...distressed. He glanced over at Ambi, raising a brow."Are you alright? No broken wings, i see."Zeke smiled aloofly, nodding towards the glittery things, before his face became a little more serious.

'Do you know who attacked, Tristan?"He asked, peeking into the infermary to catch a glance of Fleck; at least she seemed to be doing okay.

Tristan

Tristan's slender fingers almost immediately went to fiddle with his headphone cords at the word attack. he twitched a half-smile in Ambi's direction before fixing his gaze on a spot on the wall. It was kind of silly, but now that Zeke was here, Tristan felt assured that everything would be fine. Plus, there was no garuntee that there was going to be another one.

After all, a school full of teenaged mutants sure attracted a lot of villainous attention. Tristan's mouth quirked down in a small frown at Zeke's question.

"No, I don't think anyone does. You should be glad you missed it- powers were malfunctioning everywhere. I think a majority of people were more harmed accidentally by wayward powers than actual bad guys. I didn't- couldn't see anything, but the girls may know something more."

Tristan flickered another look at Ambi, slightly nervous about talking so casually around her.

Zeke

As socially awkward as Tristan was, he seemed to always know what to say. Well, at least to Zeke. Only Tristan would know the guilt he was feeling, the worry of the threats outside out the school. He gave a smile to his words, even if his eyes were tight.

"I'm sure there will be an assembly or something."Zeke sighed, running a hand through his curls. Since he was a senior, his schedule was very flexible. Today was Monday, and as he glanced at his watch, the time read 12 o'clock straight up."I'm guessing classes have been put on hold."This time the smile he tossed to Tristan was mischevious, a sparkle in his eye. He glanced over to Ambi, wiggling his brows, before he leaned down next to Debbie.

"Can you go find your mom for me? We'll be in the library."His tone was convincing enough for the ten year old, though Zeke knew Ambi and Tristan caught a certain drift by his look;Let's go do something wild.

Ambi watched Debbie run away before looking back to Zeke. "And the real plan?"
Her face wore an attractive, mischeivous grin and her eyes twinkled.

Tristan Tristan trusted Zeke, he really did. And right now he completely trusted Zeke to be planning something extremely harebrained, probably uncalled for, and most definitely stupid. By Tristan's standards of course. Tristan's standards including anything that toed over the line set by the school rules.

Tristan's eyes were round behind his glasses. "You know, the library really isn't that bad of a place," he offered up. Though, Tristan would probably end up going along with whatever Zeke was doing. He worked as a good early-warning system sometimes-- seeing events that led up to disasterous conclusions.

And besides, we both need something to take our minds off of the attack.

Erin Erin had successfully managed to sneak peeks at several boring papers on the desk before someone actually noticed her in the chair, and sent her to one of the non-swively visitor chairs. Zeke's last words to her came to mind.

Too much trouble? As fine a specimen of mutant you are, I don't think my will is strong enough to resist getting into trouble.

A small smile curved its way onto her lips as she tugged down her hat over her navy hair. A bit of trouble sounds like fun. Discreetly, she slipped out of a door without being noticed, and found herself in the massive hallways of the giant school. Erin looked around a bit, spying two hallways branching off.

Eenie meenie miny mo... Left hallway it was. She set off at a purposeful pace down the chosen hallway.

Zeke

Zeke smiled broadly; his aura was infectious, almost. He stood up fully, hooking his fingers into the belt loops of his jeans, ushering the three of them over to a niche.

Usually, Ambi and Tristan were the only ones brave enough to even consider doing anything totally rule breaking with him. He liked it; they made a good trio. Tristan, always seeing the bad outcomes, Ambi having her wings for quick outlooks, and of coarse, Zeke, the leader. The mastermind.

"Maybe later, Tristan. I do need some math help..."His grin puckered for a moment, before he shook his head, his green eyes alight."But this is the perfect time for Plan X." Zeke's brows wiggled again. "Plan X" was a scheme invented by Zeke in the late hours when he couldn't get to sleep. He ended up waking Tristan up about it, considering they were room mates. (Hope that's okay :) ) "Both of you know what the entails."He stopped abruptly, before he facepalms himself.

"Damnnít!"Zeke hissed; he was more frustrated with himself than angry. When he was really upset, Zeke cursed in Italian."I don't even have the supplies for it!"His expression turned slightly crestfallen, before he brightened up."Never mind, my fellow companions! We'll have plenty of time this year, and I'll be prepared then." He could tell Tristan was relieved, Ambi dissapointed."Once I get my raise I should have enough money..."Zeke straightened, shrugging."It's your lucky day, Trist. To the library we go. You gunna join us Amb?"

((I'll do a little post for James ^^))

James

James was thoroughly uncomfortable. He was feeling light headed, the result of spending so much time in the infirmary, surrounded by sharp mettallic smells of pain, acrid discomfort, and then the trivial petty emotions of his fellow students. Those, he could push away easier, but not the ill feelings of the countless who had stayed in the infirmary before.

Like the chair he was sitting on. Regret, heavy and gloomy, and perhaps was that a hint of guilt? Okay, maybe that was a little too close to home. James stood abruptly, scowling. He should really go. After all, he didn't care about Rachel anymore. He wasn't supposed to.

Alex noticed his discomfort. "Looking a little green around the gills there, James," he said half-jokingly. James smiled humorlessly in return. No withering retort omy tongue? Man, there's something wrong here.

Tristan

Tristan adjusted his glasses. "Yes, my lucky day," he said unenthusiasticly. Plan X was a scheme of daring, and though Tristan tried making it as fail safe as possible, there was like, only two out of ten scenarios that didn't end in some sort of exhilarating troublemaking disasterous way.

Tristan tried to lead the subject back to math, one of the very few things that he was definitely better at than Zeke. Tristan couldn't resent Zeke-- not only was he not equipped with those sorts of feelings, the guy had saved his hide more than a few times from Alex and his ilk.

"Math sounds like a spectacular idea, come to think about it. Math doesn't involve explosions, violence, or super-villains, and I think I've had my fair share today."

Ambi grinned at Zeke in amusement. Plan X? Actually, she hadn't heard of this before, she was about to correct him when he decided to hit the books instead and invited her along.
"Am I coming? To the library? I don't think so. And don't call me Amb," she told him for the millionth time in forever.
She spotted an unfamiliar face (if this is okay) heading down the hall towards them. "Check it out," she informed under her breath. "Looks like we have a new girl.
The girl was clearly some kind of cyborg, with a robotic arm on her left(?).
"Let's see if she's any more fun than you two."

Zeke

Zeke had to laugh at Tristan's response. If anyone could make Zeke laugh--really laugh, that is--it was Tristan. They were just so different, anything hat came out of the guys mouth was gold. Even if his comments were sometimes "weird" or "out-of-place".

"I guess it's Algebra in the library then."Zeke decided, with a sideways grin at Ambi."Feel free to join us, Wings."So, Zeke was in a good mood. He always was if he called Ambi by his nickname for her, rather than her alter ego "Angel".

As they began to go up the stairs, Zeke whistled an off tune. Tristan rarely started the conversation, though that didn't bother Zeke.
"We should stop by our room before, though."He explained as they walked down a familiar hall. His green eyes flickered over to Tristan."Did anyone give you trouble? During the attack?" Zeke's question was casual, anything but demanding. He hardly "demanded" anything from Tristan. He found it rather hard, too.

And I want to apologize in advance for any weird typos that start popping up. I'm exausted, I'm working on a writing project, and my room is so cold my fingers could very possibly go numb on me. That's not a good combo!)

((I love how we just all end up posting accidentally within minutes of each other XD))

Tristan

Tristan really didn't intentionally ignore people. It came from a life of hearing and seeing things that weren't really there, so naturally he didn't respond to Ambi, even though he may have heard her speak. Tristan, who most often determinedly stared at the ground when he walked looked over fleetingly at Zeke.

Zeke's laugh was infectious, and even though he really wasn't sure what was so funny, he have a small laugh. The question his friend asked next caught him off-guard.

"What? No... Not really..." More like yes. But it was just Alex being... Alex. As often as Zeke had helped him, Tristan needed to fight some of his own battles-- as unappealing idea as ever to the pacifist awkward boy he was. What would happen next year? With Zeke graduated? Who would fight his battles then.

Such was his thoughts when his alarm bells went off as he almost collided with- oh, no, that was just an illusion. Tristan frowned and took a step back before he fully realized it. His gaze went from the floor to the jaunty figure striding down the hallway. Something that Ambi had said just earlier clicked- new person, right.

His first thoughts- Good Lord, is her hair blue?

Erin Erin didn't know whether to be thrilled or bored. She could be potentially bored- I mean, looking through a school? Boring. but then there was that cool spying part where she wasn't supposed to be here. Okay, so that was thrilling. She was weighing the pros and cons when heard Zeke's voice float down the hall.

Okay then, I think I'll settle for thrilling.

"Zeke! My most favorite and only person I know in this school," she drawled, left hand on her hip, her fingers biting into her bright green tank top. She openly appraised the two people he was with. The other guy looked kind of like an idiot. He was looking at her like she dropped out of the sky, something that Erin didn't much appreciate.

The other girl looked like some fun. Erin greatly appreciated the fact that she wasn't the only mutant in the world with appreciation for hair dye.

Zeke

Zeke knew Tristan was lying. Tristan was a horrible liar. Still, he didn't call him out on it. Sooner or later, Tristan would be alone...if Zeke didn't become a super senior.

A familiar voice caught his attention, and a grin followed afterwards, taking in Erin.
"Already your favorite?"Zeke repeated, amused as he took her in. She was short for a robotic person. Short and hot. Sure, Ambi was, too, but they already had a fling. Only to learn it was better than they stayed friends.(Is that okay Princess? And don't worry about it! :) I hope your fingers warm up.) "Ambi, Tristan, this is the new girl--Erin. Met her behind the office desk. I'd say you're a trouble maker too?" Zeke guessed, his grin growing wider.
