Is it when you play as another person's character?

It's like when you do this...say something like this... ((Using Onyx and Alee---me as alee you as Onyx:))

Alee looked at him with a stubborn glare. "What are you doing?" She asked, a sharp click to her tongue. As Student Council President she was entitled to know these things. (This it where power-playing comes in----->)) Onyx looked at her, his eyes flickering with ambition. "I think You can see what I'm doing." He stated- the playfulness in his voice making Alee feel uncomfortable. Though Onyx continued leaning against the rock-starring at the girl he just realized he loved.

Love the example XD
Yes, it makes more sense

With permission though, because Onyx wouldn't even admit that to himself XD.

Ashley: Yes, it all happens here.

When you see a new thread, click on it. See if it's a new RP and ask if you can join. If they say yes, you write something called a Character Skeleton- commonly called a "Skellie/Skelly" around these parts. This is where you write stuff about your character- their name, their age, their physical appearance, special skills, personality, etc.

Then, once whoever's in charge of the roleplay says so, people begin posting. Each person posts what their character does or says. Maybe when the story starts off, your character is on a jog, thinking, so you'd make a post about that. Then, if someone else writes they were jogging too, your characters might meet.

Does this help? :)

I like your screen name, Breathe, anywho...

I have an issue about roleplays...

So the thing is, I love roleplaying, and I think it's polite when people ask if they can join one, but I also don't mind when people just join without warning, what I don't like is when this happens.

Creator of Roleplay: Okay we just need one more person to get the roleplay started.

Person X: post a skellie

Others in the roleplay: YAY WE CAN START!

Person Y: starts the roleplay without creator's permission.

Person Z: Continues roleplaying without the creator's knowledge.

And then the Creator has to catch up with all this stuff that the others did without their permission. Isn't it polite to ASK if you can start another person's roleplay.

He got up and said "Is that all you got?" and then he summoned fire agan and threw it at her as a decoy. he rushed in after it and socked her over and over again and delievered a final blow sending her flying into the rock then he went picked her up adn tok her to the upper reaches of Mars thin atmosphere and threw her into the surface he flew down 100 feet away from the crate of her crash. he smiled.
