S.Gold: "Powerplaying", also called "Godmodding", is when you take control of another's character. Say you have a character named Mimi and I have one called Zora.
If Mimi and Zora are having a conversation, I can control what Zora says, but I cannot control what Mimi says back to her. That's up to you.
If Zora and Mimi are fighting magically, I can have Zora shoot a lightning bolt at Mimi, but I can't say whether or not it hits her, or if Mimi blocks it, and I can't make Mimi shoot a fireball back at Zora. That's up to you. If I do any of that, it's Powerplaying.
Hope this helps! :)

Okay, so, if you can do a 1 on 1 rp then how about an open to the first six people who join?

I'd also like to point out that A Mary Sue or just plain crappily made character doesn't have to be perfect to be crappy. A character is a person. Pretend they are actually alive.
When it comes to description, don't out things like chubby but muscular. Yeah...it's very hard to do that. Sometimes it helps to explain why they have the body shape they do. A slender person with a little bit of muscle may partake in kickboxing or some other similar sport.
Remember that the qualities they have, they have for certain reasons. They're like real people.

Hye I'm a little bit confused how you do italics and bold. I tried it, but it didn't work. Can someone explain?
Mar. 16, 2012 at 8:48 am
Do i need to put the brackets?
Mar. 16, 2012 at 8:48 am
um quick question can creaters of the roleplay participate?
Mar. 16, 2012 at 9:18 am
Yes, they can participate. And about what CheshireAct said about awful characters, i happened to notice that someone on here actually uses that exact example of bad character-making on several rp's...
