Hi everyone, I've finished working on a short story, but I can't come up with an appropriate title. I don't want something that gives away the plot, but I want it to make sense with the story.

I thought of a few. I think 'Double-Crosser' would be the best. A lot of the terms you used in the story would work well, too: The Voice of the Underground, or The Crash of 2014, or even just Tabasco Sent Me.
How about, Books Beneath the City? or Paper Spider?
