I don't think we're particularly tall... if I remember right, average heights are something like 5'5" for women and 5'9" for men in the U.S. (and ethnically/economically similar nations like Canada, the U.K., and Australia).

I'm the same height as Quantum: 5'9" (about 175 cm)
I haven't measured myself in a while, though, so I could be a bit taller. All I know is that I'm finally as tall as my mother. :D And I suspect that I'm pretty much done growing now.

And it's okay, PB. There's no big rush or anything. :P

Fahrenheit is confusing to me, but I'm assuming that 90 degrees is around 30-35 degrees Celsius. Which is definitely hot for Canada.
This summer has been really warm, though. Especially July. We've had lots of 30 degree+ weather.
But it's starting to get cold again now that the days are getting shorter. This morning was about 5 degrees Celcius (41 degrees Fahrenheit) and it's not supposed to get above 17' C (63' F) today. I wouldn't be surprised if we got snow in a month or two.

God bless. ♥

Okay, so half.note is tall.

My parents are 5'3" (Mum) and 5'6" (cue my dad proclaiming "and a half!"), so I'm a decent height comparitively. My older sister is the same height as me and my little sister (17) is the same height as my Mum.

Yes. Yes, I am. :)
And I love being tall. It's awesome. I have yet to meet a top shelf which I'm unable to reach. XD

My height is likely a result of the Dutch blood running through my veins. Both my maternal grandparents are from Holland, and the Netherlands has the highest average height in the world. My uncles on my mother's side are pretty much all over 6'. My father's side of the family is quite tall, as well (my dad being 6').

On this line of conversation... what ethnicity to you guys come from?

Like I just said, I'm half Dutch, but I'm not really sure about my dad's side. I think his grandfather came up from America, and I know we have origins from somewhere in Europe (I'm thinking Scotland, but I'm not 100% sure).

God bless. ♥

I have largely German and mixed European ancestry, which is 100% typical for people in Missouri.

I'm not really sure about my ethnicity. Both my Dad's parents are Australian. My Mum's dad was English, but her mother is Australian.

I'm not really sure about further back.
