For your sport or hobby, how do you train/practise?
Suicides. Running. We work a lot on stances and plays to run.
ride my horse three hours a day :)
I have too many hobbies to list. XD I love to make things, so when I see something I think I might be able to do, I try it. I've been doing that since I was around five, when I learned how to sew. And knit.
The there's also clay
weaving (I've made hats out of grass from the yard)
and a ton of others.
For sports I like to ride my bike, the usual rides are 6-15 miles.
I also love to swim, but I rarely get an oppertunity.
I try my best to eat healthy, and ride my bike a lot to keep my legs in shape. As for my arms, I lift weights. I love my muscles. <3
We do suicides, run around the football stadium a couple of times (running up and down the stairs in the stands). We do push-ups, crunches, wall sits, and inchworms. I do cheer, and so we also practice out comp routine and stunts and tumbling(:
we do suicides, usually about twice every practive, we do alot of pushups and alot of running, we drive sleds up a hill sometimes

Sundays: Depends, sometiems we are off, sometimes we are not.
we did that last year
My practice right now consists of being outside in 90+ degree weather from either 9am-5pm or 9am-8pm currently, Monday through Friday. Running, dancing, pushups, crunches, yoga, cardio exercises, etc.; you name it, we do it. Yup, it's the wonderful world of being in a top marching band. Well, colorguard for me specifically, but still. .-.
I run three or four times a week, usually 3 or 4 miles. Sometimes I'll practice hills, sprints, or see how fast I can run a mile.
We do an hour of dryland- which is like crossfit training (if you know what that is) and running a mile or more on the track.
Then we get in the pool and do warmup which is only usually about 32 laps. The pool is 25 meters so it's an 800 meter warmup. Then we do 100s and 50s (meters) of technique and then the main set. Last is cool down which is only a 200. We only swim about 4-6 miles a practice. Ta-da!
In swimming, We usually do an training to start, like planks, crunches, and mason twists. Then we jog for thirty minutes, and swim for the rest of practice, which is about 2 hours and 30 minutes.
well.. for volleyball.. currently we have four hour practices.. 5pm-9pm. first we run two and a half miles. then go inside and do conditioning for about an hour and a half. then do drills. hitting. then play a game against each other. conditioning is the worst part. blah.
