How do you feel about swimming? How many of you swim for fun and how many for competition? How big are your teams? what does your workout usually have instore for you? I live in the Caribbean so I swim in the ocean of in a 25meter pool that isn't taken care of. I usually do about 3000m workout. I am the only serious swimming on my WHOLE island (pop. 4000).

I just barely joined the swim team at my high school, and I love it!! I have a swimming pool in my back yard but it's only open in the summer. Our team is probably 30ish people. Since I am a beginner our workout differs from day to day but just the other day we did 100 x 25. It's the best exercise I've found yet.
