Giving Feedback on your work

None0 posted this thread...

Apparently I am quite bored right now, since I've just finished my second novel, and I'm having a massive block on the third one.

So, I am willing to give feedback to anyone who asks. Just post on this thread with the name of your work. If you would like, I can do either an in-depth review and point out specifics on what your work is lacking. If not, I will simply do the traditional comment/rate.

No poems please. You can leave me a 300+ page novel, and I will read the entire thing and tell you how it is, but please just no poems.

If you feel the need to return the favor, you may view my profile and go ahead and read 1 chapter from one of my novels (You can read the whole thing if you want, or have the time). But if you don't have the time, I won't be holding my breath.

Thank you and have a nice day.

I'll head over and take a look at one of them now. My internet is running as fast as a snail so I might only be able to read a few chapters. Could you read my short story Dream? Thanks!

Oops, forgot to mention that Darkest Shadow isn't ready yet. Thanks anyways for reading, I'll get to reading your work shortly. (I might actually have to commit to writing Darkest Shadow now...).

Hey, if you're in the mood for a novel, you could check out my unfinished novel "The Death Speaker." Please ignore the typos.
If you're in the mood for a good short story, could you check out one of my stories
"Amnesia"
or
"Deficency"
Thanks :D

Could you please read whatever I have of my novel The Fusion Project? Or you can read The Ace of Spades. Take your pick, but none is longer than four or five chapters... Thanks!

@ Irenie, I commented on Amnesia, I found that I already left a comment on The Death Speaker, and most of what I was going to say was included in that long comment at the top.

@ Athena..., I read The Fustion Project. I think you need to start having some faith in society (even though it's a terribly flawed system).

@ RoyalCorona, I read The Kid. I don't do poems, sorry (and if I did, I'd probaby just write something like "good job, you're amazing", or whatever).

@ guardianofthestars, I'll be done with yours in about 5 minutes.

Aaaaand, that's everyone...

@ everyone who posted above this post.

I read all of your works, and the Teenink site didn't let me post a reply with everyone individually, so I'm just typing up a short reply to everyone. I apologize for the informalities.

To everyone above,
I read all of your works. Teenink is being stupid and not letting me reply properly. That is all.

Thanks! I love how willing these people are to read other's works! It's like a bunch of writers all fangirling over everyone's work!

It would be super awesome if you could read my novels "Superpowers: Malum" and "Virtually Lost". They are both around 30 pages. I will read a chapter of your novel as soon as I can to return the favor!

If you could check out my short story Her Smile maybe? It's old, but I'm working on some new stuff now. (: I'll head over to check out a chapter of a novel, too (:

Hey, None0! I hope you're doing well. Would you mind looking at one of my short stories? Either 'Remember?' or 'Chelsea.' If you do, thank you. (:

E.J. Mathews - Have your novels been revised recently? I read them, but... well, read the comments.

Leena7395 - Nothing to add, except that you almost got me to actually enjoy reading an emotional piece (almost).

LexusMarie - Your read was long overdue. You always give me such great feedback, but every time I went to your profile, I only saw poems. I feel a lot less guilty now.

I pray that the Teenink gods let this reply come through properly.

There Is a Darkness. I think it gives off an amateur vibe. Realistically, I guess it should since I am an amateur; but I still don't like it, or maybe it's just me. I like my work, but I know I've done better. I left myself a little unsatisfied with this one. Still, I'm just glad to finally get it out there. I'm anxious to hear what you think. Thanks a lot!

A bit of delay this time (school projects... ugh...), but I'm finished now.

My schedule is a bit crammed right now, so if you want to post a work, I'll read it, but expect to wait a few days.
