okay so i have this idea for a book, im not sure if it would be good or not but this the idea.
i like writing fairy tales with changed perspectives and such, and i was thinking about putting a pin on beauty and the beast.
so theres this girl, and she just wants to blend in and not draw any attention and just live her life along and such, but there's this fairy that just doesn't let that type of thing happen. she makes the girl beautiful, and everyone always notices her and she becomes the center of attention. but that isnt where she wants to be, so she runs away and ends up living in this giant, almost abandoned apartment with few other people around. there, she meets a very nive guy. the catch is, he's blind. they start hanging out, and fall in love with each other. sience he's blind, the guy only cares about her caring personality. the fairy thought she was helping the girl with the granted beauty, and was shocked and angry when she began dating a person who couldnt recognize her beauty.she curses the beauty to be ugly and beastly for the rest of her life, but that still doesnt change her and the blind guys relationship. the people go back to ignoring her, sometimes mocking her for her looks, but the guy taught her that if theres one thing everyone could live without, its seeing whats on the outside, but not seeing them. so she gets her guy in the end, and ignores everyone else.
does it sound to sappy, or does it sound like it could turn into something awesome? please give me feedback, good or bad!

i think it's awesome!!!! typically beauty and the beast is the girl is the beauty and the guy is the beast, but in this one the girl is the beauty and the beast... really interesting, this is definetly something i would read!

thanks! I was thinking of naming it something along the lines of 'beauty or beast' or 'the beauty is the beast' or something like that. And I'll try to start writing it imediatly so you can read it. in the mean time, you can chck out the ther story ive writen and posted on here. (hint hint)

huh. thats finky. i hate it when this thing acts like that... but the story i wrote, i think it was voted, like, #1 most veiwed or something in the scifi/fantasy section. im not sure if its still there, but if you would check that would be awesome because i really want some feedback on my stories! its called 'hansel and gretel-only slightly more twisted' or something like that. and i'll be sure to check out your stuff!

haha alot of people must like your writing since your hansel and gretel piece was rated number one!!! you're going to be like the next Grimms (wrote Cinderella), or Hans Christian Anderson (wrote the little mermaid)! i love how you aren't afraid to get violent in your remakes... unlike the disney versions...

yes, ask many of my friend (none of which are on this sight, sadly). i am a very violent person, when it comes to RPing and writing in general. and apparently a lot of people like my writing, which is a very good thing for my future carrer!
