Narrative on how stereo-types influence peoples lives.

This is an english assignment, and I would really appreciate some ideas. I'm not all that great at writing narratives, and when I sit down and try to write them, my mind draws a blank. So any advice or ideas would be awesome.

Maybe think about how Mexicans are commonly stereotyped as being poor and illegal immigrants. How many are gardeners, but that people assume too often that that's because they can't find any other work. Or maybe try to tie it into your personality and what people commonly are mistaken about you. Hope that helped?

Thanks, that actually did help.
I wqas thinking about racial stereo-types, but I didnt tie it around like that. So thanks a whole big bunch.
