Since you put this on a forum, I'm assuming it's not wierd of me to chime in. Okay? Okay. :)

Not to get all deep on you, but what is a "good" poem? The thing about writing (especially poetry) is, it's truly an art form. And that means that beauty is always in the eye of the beholder.

I checked out one of your poems, Can't Breathe, and personally I found it quite insightful and moving. But you know what? That doesn't necessarily matter. When you're writing poetry, it's one of the few times that's all about what YOU think, how you personally see things. And the more you realize that your own opinion on your poems is the one that matters most, the more confident you'll get. Take it from one poet to another. :)

There's no such poem as good enough, if you like it, then it's great for you. What matters is that you put creativity and heart into what you do. I read Muse, and I loved it. I may not know you, but I have a feeling with perseverance and faith you will accomplish.
