Somewhere inside me it’s dark and cold
But lately you have unraveled a spark
It’s a spark that warmth once again flows
It’s what I needed to bring the light and chase away the cold.
You are like a blessing to me
You are my shining star that never seems to fade away
And I am thankful for your touch and love-
I am thankful for your grace
There is a dark side in me though
And I hope I will never have to travel there again.
I hope you’ll stay and wash it all away
Then maybe my fate will eventually change.
There can only be hope though for now
For I never know what tomorrow may bring to me
Will it be light or pain?
Will my fate ever cede away?
I just hope and pray you will continue to love me the same
I hope my dark side will not destroy you and me.

It's cool though because It says you have this dark side in it and in the title i was expecting it to be much darker, but It also has a sense of happiness about it that I really like.

Yea, I noticed that too. I think this is one of my better pieces :) I really like it too.

SuN I've missed your writing so much!!!!! lol. It's great and it is a bit of a change. But it's a wonderful one. I'm back for a bit. Hopefully I can post something everyonce in a long while. So check out my thread again.
And keep writing, because I'll keep reading it all. Miss u.

That is awesome :) I usually write dark poetry because i write when im depressed it helps me. Continue writing it is fabulous.
