since the poems aren't copyrighted aren't the guests and members allowed to take the poem and use it as their own

I'm talking about people who join and literally post 10-20 or more (usually bad) poems on ONE day. You have to admit that that's annoying.

Bad or not, like they sad its a place to express feelings, a poem my seem bad too you, and life changing for someone else.

this is kind of random but i can't right poetry at all. but when i read other peoples poetry (the dark upsetting ones) it makes me feel better bout bad things that are going on and it gets my mind off of thigs. so i wish i could write poetry but i can't trust me. i started to write a novel but then i broke my wrist skim boarding and lost alll my work. i guss my dad threw it away. but it sucked to. or atleast i think. so i agree that you shouldnt put to many poems up but if you are good at writing them and get good feedback or if it is something that makes you happy i think you should keepmposting them.

well if you aren't good at poetry that shouldn't stop you. If it makes you feel better when you write then that's all that matters. Sorry your father threw it away, still wasn't right even if it did "suck" but I doubt it did. Don't be so hard on yourself :) I should of the first day I joined a few years ago post all the poems I wrote which I had 500 saved. That would of been hilarious, nah I didn't do that and wouldn't do that. It would take too much time on my part but still... would of been funny lol. Wish I had it all. I got upset one day and just threw it all away. Now I wish I had it back.
