TeenInk I posted a new photo to Facebook http://t.co/Y2aXGHv5cc
I don't care how click happy you want to get with the submit button....only press it ONCE! and for those who have multiple threads of the same piece please delete all but one...thank you!
*throws up hands* finally someone agrees w/ me!
Ditto.
And keep bumping this or make it a sticky.
Thank god! This should apply to ALL boards.
Also, people just keep posting new stuff without giving feedback to the others. That IS the whole point of this site, posting stuff and getting feedback. But NOBODY is! :(
mmmmmmkay. It's just hard sometimes because of STUPID SLOW COMPUTERS.
Hmmmmmmm *light bulb goes on as she gets a great idea* maybe beating the computer would work better than being click happy. I think I'll try it! *puts up sign that says "not liable for any damage done to the computer* JK of course lol

You should also add a rule about how many poems a person can post at once... it's a bit outrageous how some people post their entire computer on the first day they join.
how come when u post a poem n stuf fno one replies but then u read their poems and reply for them?¿¿
this topic has been on the board since december!!! if people want to post more than one poem, more power to them! (that doesn't mean post the same one over and over INTENTIONALLY) I personally post any where from 2-3 at once... If you dont want to read them, then dont complain... this is a place for people to express their feelings! SO ROCK ON BROTHERS AND SISTERS, KEEP ON POSTIN....:D
There's nothing wrong with 2 or 3. If you don't post 2 or 3 every 5 seconds, that is.
I'm talking about people who join and literally post 10-20 or more (usually bad) poems on ONE day. You have to admit that that's annoying.

PoetryPixie started a single thread in Writing for prose. This board might benefit if each member would have a single thread dedicated to their poetry. It might not get each poem individual attention, but at least the works could be assessed as a whole. And, there would definitely be less problems with people posting every 5 seconds.
I don't like that idea because poetry should not be judged as a whole. Each piece is unique, and deserves to be treated so. And like you said, poems wouldn't get individual attention, and people wouldn't know if there was any new work in each thread, since you can't change titles.
PoetryPixie's prose... well, the problem is that we don't really analyze it, just appreciate it, and it is more or less one coherent collage.
