Is it just me, or is most of the writing on TeenInk sort of samey? Y'know, at least the popular stuff, all angsty and overtly floral in prose and standard in format and so on and so forth. Just for once I'd just like to see something experimental and positively thematic get published, or even accepted for Editor' Choice. I suppose this post is a bit hypocritical in and of itself, but, y'know, it's all top of the dome and such.
I have a piece about a chair that got Editor's Choice. Also, last night I wrote a poem about a noodle. It's not up on the site yet, though.
I suggest you check out "The World According to Looney Tunes" by Imaginedangerous.
