How to not be so angry so easily.

Hey guys, I'm one of those people who sometimes just explodes one a tiny thing.  I have a short temper, and I'm trying to control it.  My friends are nice about it but I know I'd have more and be funner if I was more easy tempered.  How do you calm down in situations or keep from exploding?

You could always try the simple count to ten when you get angery, but from expiriences with friends, but that doesn't always work. Maybe you should try to listen to calm music. Another thing you could try is just accepting what happened and try to let it go. Breathe deeply.

Mine probably isn't the best solution by far, and it may only work for me personally, and ya know, your friends may think you crazy when it happens, but I've always had a hot temper, and whenever I feel an explosion coming on, I clench my body and shut my eyes for a few moments and it passes. I dunno why, but it works for me

Hi! I have got a solution for you. Whenever you feel angry, or feel that your friends are backing away from you, take a deep breath, close your eyes for a couple of seconds, think about any verse or other pleasnt thing, then open them up(thats your eyes) and again take a deep breath. It takes less than a minute and is super-effective.
