I don't like Obama or Romney. I liked Ron Paul, but apparently they can't let anyone who actually wants to make a change into office, so if I had to decide between Obama and Romey (I think write-ins are pointless) I would go with Romney for the following reasons:
1. Obama hasn't done anything useful in the past 4 years
2. Romney really seems to know what he's talking about when it comes to the economy (at least based upon what I learned in AP Econ.)
3. Obama seems to be more concerned with social "issues" than with the economy. While true social issues are an important topic (though the current social "issues" like abortion and gay rights are in my opinion miniscule problems designed to distract us from the real social problems, such as hunger and suicide rates), the economy needs fixed in order to start any sort of chain reaction to get anything of use done.
4. Based on the presidential debates, Obama is obviously trying to hold onto his position (which he is dangling by a thread btw) by attacking Romney with anything and everything he can think of, even if they are flat out lies.
In conclusion, Romney is better than Obama...
Ill say it like this, Romney is an idiot. End of discussion. He has to have a say in EVERY debate, he wants the last word in EVERYTHING. He will never shut up, even when calmly asked by those hosting the debate. I refuse to have a president that doesn't have manners. Obama did interupt several times, but not as bad as Shi.t Romney, I mean Mitt.
As for voting this fall, Im not voting for Obama, I don't agree with some of his cyber security plans, and Mitt Romney, Hahahahahahahaha.
Im gonna vote for Big Bird, who's with me?
Mitt Romney is an “idiot”? Really? I don't agree with Obama on much at all. I don't think he is an idiot. In fact, I think he is very intelligent. Anyone who has won a Senate race (or a governor's race in Romney's case) is certainly not an idiot. I despise Bernie Sanders and everything he stands for. He is a self-proclaimed socialist, and I could scarcely disagree with someone more. But I don't even think he's an idiot! And don't get me wrong- I hate it when conservatives call Obama a “communist” or an “idiot” or “stupid” or “worthless” or “evil” too. Politicians- right AND left- just aren't as bad as people want to pretend.
And as for the debate, of course he wants a say in everything, and the last word! He wants people to know what he believes so he can be elected President of the United States! He got less time to speak in both debates so far, so of course he would be lobbying for more time to answer questions! Manners are also in the eye of the beholder. For example, I thought Biden's laughing was condescending and rude during the Vice Presidential Debate, but a hard-core leftist probably wouldn't. I don't think, to the average, unbiased citizen, Romney came off as arrogant or rude.
Ok, well Obama won, and I personally am behind Obama all the way, because Romney simply doesn't have a practical plan. Everyone is taking strong opinions against one candidate, when both of them are doing more for this country than you are. Believe it or not, being the president is HARD!!!
i'm so sorry all you democrats feel this way. because guess what as of right now we are going into another depression!!! must i repeat DEPRESSION!!! now was that clear enough!!!
