I would like your opinion about whether or not President Obama is doing a good job.
I think he was well-intentioned, but really ineffective. His economic policies haven't done much to help the country. And I really don't like his willingness to legally override someone's conscience.
He deserves to die, for the death the Afgan kids.
That was not his fault, it was the fault of a deranged Marine.
Its very simple.HE'S A FREAKING LIAR!!! just like Bush.
Yeah, I personally don't think he's doing a good job either.
I think Pres. Obama is not the absolute worst president we've ever had, but he's not in the top 10 either.
He's done a lot of stuff I don't like during his term, and very little that I did like. I wouldn't vote for him again, but I still respect him as the Commander in Chief of our country.
I'm not a Democrat though, so I guess you shouldn't ask me.My opinion is similar to Imagine's. I think he meant well, but the execution of his plans wasn't as smooth as, say, his speeches on his plans are.
Librarian- Of course we should ask you. The decisons of the government affect everyone whether they support it or not. It wouldn't be much of a democracy if we only listened to one side, would it? :)
There was no legitimate reason to be in the middle east at first, that was Bush's F***ing fault. And we cant just leave the Middle East now. Its not that simple.
IM with Imagine as well. He has good intentions and right now in my opinion, I want him another 4 years in office. He will be just like Regan, except for the difference in Parties.
With Imagine also. I believe he will be just like Regan, however. Regan started out his first 4 years trying to do a lot, and never got anything done really. But his next 4 years, he did many great things for this country.
O and we also have no business and never should have gone into the Middle East with that many trops. Read my name on here. It took one Navy Seal Team to take out Bin Laden. 11 years to figure that one out is $hit. Middle East is Bush's fault, not Obama's. And we cant expect Obama to say get out now. We cant just leave now. Too late to try and leave altogether.
I think he had great ideas, just not all of them worked out. Which is the case with many ideas, I mean, how many of you have had ideas that never happened? As far as I'm concerned, the job he's doing might not be spectacular, but it's a h.ell of a lot better than Bush, and the Republican candidates, quite frankly, scare me. The main problem I think is that people want instant gratification and when Obama doesn't just whip out the magic wand and *BAM* the economy is amazing they think he's a terrible president. The economy that he inherited was a culmination of bad decisions reaching back way farther than Bush. It's unrealistic to have expected him to fix the economy in such a short time period. And under his plans, the economy has improved. Albeit slowly, but it's a start.
I agree wtih savetheplanet. I also think he's doing a good job of not doing a bad job. Let's face it, he's under a high stress, highly imporent job. I think he's handelling it better, and there have been worse presidents. On a personal level, I would vote for him (if i could) becuase he's the best option at the moment. Yes, he's not ideal, but he's better then the extremests who are running against him.
imagine: hes persecuting a genocidal imperialist war in Afganistan, besides all the other s.hit he's done
To death with this Obamanation! He's vile, disgusting, weird, unfair, and a whole lot of other things!
All politicians are they same: they say lies and they back up the people with the money. That's why I'm voting for Ron Paul... too bad I'm not of age though.
Holy cr.ap, Lady-Liberty is conservative? I never would have guessed.
Haha, I'd vote for Ron Paul too... but I'm a minor too. =P
True, I just meant... well, actually I don't know what I meant there. It's just that I'm a Conservative, and fierce Ron Paul supporter so I might be biased. I agree that everyone has a right to their opinions, I just didn't know whether the question was directed at Republicans, Democrats, or both.
I don't really think Romney is an extremist... Santorum definitely was, though.
human: He didn't start the war, and like Special-Forces said, pulling out is almost as difficult as going in. You can't do it instantly without complete chaos.
