Okay, I'm being totally honest when I say I got to lose weight. Because I actually am overweight :P ya'll can't see me but I'm not a skinny girl that's complaining. Any ideas to fit into my busy schedule? :(
take a PE class, or go run on the track early in the morning. maybe even join a circuit weight training class, you know? thats what im doing. or just do a really physically exerting sport.

I love to ride my bicycle for exercise, but I am not allowed to leave the neighborhood alone, and my neighborhood is really hilly and not great for biking, and my siblings won't ride with me anymore. Lately I've been doing a lot of jumping jacks, which are easy because you only need a few feet to do it. They can get boring, though, so I usually use my MP3 player or mix it up a little bit (hopping forward and backward, or side to side). Jump rope takes a bit more space and practice, but it burns a lot of calories and helps with balance and coordination. I can't run, which stinks, because if I could, the hills in the neighborhood would add some nice extra energy burning. Unfortunately, I have athsma and can't breathe if I try running more than a short sprint.
As for diet...I don't have a lot of ideas for that. I personally can't diet. I eat 500 calories a day, and my body hangs on to every one. Drinking a lot of water helps a lot more than you'd think, though, and, while it might sound weird, don't eat bananas. Bananas are terrible for weight loss.
My neighborhood is very dangerous :) lol and I hate bananas and I also have asthma o.o which is funny because I just realized I left my inhalers at my moms house. Anyway, have you been getting good results?
I'm trying the 600 calorie diet. It's actually working. Plus, I eat like a nutri grain bar in the morning and that gets my metabolism going and gets me to lose some weight, then one glass of ice cold water I down and you need really cold water because when it is cold, your body has to work harder to maintain your temperture therefore burning more calories.
For exercise, I do gym and walk 6 laps a day. I wish I was skinnier, but I just started the diet. It should make you lose like 2 pounds a week,

The 600 claorie diet is a bad idea. It's not sustainable to keep it up indefinitely.
1) Nutrition - it's easy to become deficient in nutrients, vitamins and minerals when you eat less than one third of the recommended daily intake (of 2000 calories for an adult woman. Men, children and teens who are still developing require more).
2) Yo yo dieting anyone? For a diet to be effective, it needs to be a life long change. If you diet for a while, and then go back to eating how you did before once you've lost the weight you want, you'll just put it on again. Hence why the best dietary changes involve switching junk with healthy foods, avoiding over eating, eating healthy portion sizes.
it's always better to eat more proportionate food than to eat less food.
so, eat more vegetables and grains, less fatty foods.

Slowly. Losing weight for me is really hard. My body is really weird.
I wouldn't reccomend a 600 calorie diet, either. I've read in several different places that women shouldn't ever go below 1200 calories. My body is freaky, and I actually gain weight really fast if I eat 600 or more, but for most people, 600 isn't enough.
The cold water thing is a good idea, though. Almost everyone is actually slightly dehydrated most of the time, because humans need a lot more water than most people think. Water of any temperature will help flush your body and help you lose weight, but cold does it a bit better.
My mom is doing the "Trim Healthy Mama" diet, it's working for her, try the shrinker tea, it collects the fat and burns it. and it is all natural and you're not starving yourself. And you don't have to be a mom to do it:P the also have a support group on facebook.
