I recently went on a diet, in which I balance my calories intake and excersise. I was doing really well, and lost quite a few pounds, but, now I've stop losing weight. I excersise everyday, but, I've just stopped. What can I do to keep losing weight, in a healthy safe way?? I don't want to be too skinny, but I just want to shed those extra pounds. Please help

You probably hit a plateau, which means you need to change things up.  Change your exercise activities, decrease your calories for a while, or increase your calories for a while.  You have to "confuse" your metabolism.

I think Lobster is correct on that you've reached a plateau. It's okay that you have! It's very common. Just mix up what you eat and what you do for excersise. Also you're body may just need more time...
