He picked up the blade staring and smirking. The thrill of slashing open his next pail, innocent, weak, victim consumed him. He staked out his evil plan to how he would clean up the bloody mess. Time was of the essence. It was now or never. He stood up ready to work his murderous scheme as he slipped a white blazer on while a nurse walked by asking," Ready for the operation Doctor?"
