What serpent sting lends its pain to mine ear?
What knave hath awoken my precious sleep?
Aye, these markéd steps in the markless snow
Mark Claudius as brutal foe! O! What
Cain this vile villain be! He hath ate
Apple green, of jealousy! To take my
Throne cause must be, but Hamlet ought the crown.
To surpass the Prince's right Claudius
Need earn Gertrude's hand. O! My brother in
His quest for power shall pluck the stem of
Gertrude's flow'r. O, Mine ear! Wife listen here;
Queen, I pray your throne always face the sun.
I hope your heartstrings never are restrung.
I pray that in marriage your hand is done,
That my funeral dirge be last song sung.
The darkness, I sense, is coming in haste;
Over Denmark beware the coming pall.
My love, hold no hand but do please grasp chaste;
Claudius's ring shall bring Roman fall.
Gertrude, my dear, again I love you so,
And in your faith of love I must trust,
Because my final plea you'll never know!
O! Brother Claudius your hand unjust!
Gertrude, only to me be Denmark's Queen
Or await a bloody, brotherly scene.
The aim is clear, I'll disciple my son.
I must haunt where I once so Godly ruled.
A ghost, in Denmark, is my desir'd state.
Like Joshua, my Prince shall speak my word,
Like Telemachus, he'll battle bravely,
And for his father end his uncle's life.
Now mind, O, Body from poison swirling,
So close to death I smell Satan buring.
Or is it angel's song I hear? To hunt
My bro and go to Hell, or to let him
Be and go to Heaven where angels sing?
Aye, even if I find myself in Hell,
My fiend brother shall be in there as well!
In our deaths we shall be equal, but in
Life he'll never rule my people! Goodnight,
Sweet King, your time is done. Denmark beware
The forthcoming wrath of King Hamlet's son!

Wow, that takes some serious skill. Writing in verse like that isn't easy. Cudos to you.
