Dear Jace,
I'll start this diary entry off where I ended it yesterday. So, I hate to admit it, but after I saw that concert, my mom bought your second CD for me and I listened to it hours on end every day...for a week. After that, for some weird reason or another, Strings For All vanished from my mind and I never thought about you guys again...until three or so years later. My mom saw in a brochure (or something of the type) that Strings For All would be performing in Chicago. When my mom told me, a lightbulb went off in my head and I remember thinking to myself, "I know these guys! They're the ones that blew my mind at the Chicago orchestra concert!" Then, at this next concert, you just blew my mind that much more! I couldn't believe how you guys could've possibly become even better than the last time I saw you! Strings For All was my new favorite thing. After you guys had played your last piece, Michael said that you guys would be coming out to sign CDs and meet everyone. I remember thinking, "...Oh...my...God! ME getting to talk to STRINGS FOR ALL! NO...FREAKIN...WAY!" I just HAD to meet you guys right then and there! So, Mom gave me twenty bucks so I could go up there and buy a CD. I bought your newest one (the other two I already had, the oldest one my violin teacher gave me and I got the second oldest one at the first concert I saw you guys at). You guys finally came out after fifteen minutes or so, and when I saw you, I thought, "Oh my god! The afro's gone...HE LOOKS SO MUCH HOTTER NOW!" And that was the worst possible thing to think right before I went up and met you because when I did, all I could do was stare at you. The most embarrassing moment of my life (at the time, anyways)! You just looked at me, smiled, waited, and finally just said "Hi" really slowly. You had the sexiest voice I had ever heard! As you can imagine, I said "Hi" right back, but then it got awknwardly quiet. So you decided to ask me if I played an instrument and I said, "Yes, I play the violin," and you got the biggest smile on your face when I said that. So, just at that moment, my mom asked for me to get a picture with you guys. I thought, "Oh God, PLEASE don't let me get this super goofy grin on my face!" But, as my mom took the picture (I was in beteen you and Ricky), you put your hand on my waist and gave me just the slightest squeeze. I almost squealed, but was able to hold it back. In place of it, I DID get the goofy grin on my face! I just hoped you didn't think I was some creepy stalker. Good news is, I listened to my new CD all the way home. :)
Much love <3,
Miley Gerald :)
