Our Inner City Is Progressing To A Point of Sadness In Its Disintegration. It is slowly falling apart!

With No Clarity By Our City Fathers, They Have
Created In Themselves An Air Of Aimlessness In The Downtown Arena.

A great sadness is evoked with this photograph.

The inner city, empty and with a train track running through the center is a nice analogy of our future.
