Well I just happened to see this, and as you can see by my username, I'm also a hunger games fan.  I like the picture, your mockingjay is pretty good, but I have a few tips- blend the background a little more (it looks just a little choppy) and also try writing a little I don't know... straighter.... that could just be me though. :) great job!
