Conservation

Done in oil pastels. I initially intended to send this in to a water company for a small contest, but they sent it back saying my SCHOOL didn't meet their area qualifications, when I just thought it had to be my HOME to be in their area. I was kinda mad, but oh well. If it's not already obvious, it's basically conserving water ie. by collecting rainwater.
