Felt like getting some realism-painting practice in, and my boyfriend played as the less-than-willing model (Snapped a reference photo of him on my phone when he was barely paying attention). Jacked the saturation in the reference photo and painted it that way to help pop the colors. His name is Jeff, but one of his online nicknames is "Skittles", so I titled at as such. This is NOT oil paint, it is acrylic. Unfortunately, Teenink does not have an acrylics section, and I'm loathe to banish work into the "other" category.

this is really great work for acrylic! i personally find textures like denim hard to create in acrylic but you did a great job!
