By Scott G., Litchfield Park, AZ

Rachel, you asked all the questions that I have asked: Why don’t people care about what is happening anymore? Why are most songs only about sex, drugs, and violence? What happened to songs and people that not only call for change, but did something about it? What happened to great civil rights leaders like Martin Luther King, Jr. or revolutionary song writers like Bob Dylan? Why doesn’t our generation have these people who actually care about what others are doing to bring about change?

I don’t know where they have all gone but I for one will not sit back and let war, merciless genocides, and greedy politicians go unchecked. We need to stand up for what we believe, speak out against wrongs, and at the very least be informed about what is happening in the world.
