I started this from boredom

rambling, bumbling, boredom

almost asleep in class

but what would happen if

A meteor hit the school?

Flames everywhere,

building crumbling down,

need to escape

The zombie apocalypse struck?

Teacher turning green

biting students

creating an army

Aliens came to Earth?

Little green men

stealing cows

living on Mars

I paid attention?

Passing my class

doing my work

graduating high school

But these are all fantasies

Never going to happen

Unrealistic

but fun to imagine.

The author's comments:

I'm tired of school. I just want to live in peace, not worry about classes or schedules, or anything like that.

I like this poem a lot. I also like how you worded stanza 6. I think it goes well with stanza 5.

@ILiveToRead Thanks. Anything you really can think of for me to work on in the future?

"It Will Be Good." (complicated semi-spiritual emotional story.)

"Upon his bench the pieces lay
As if an artwork on display
Of gears and hands
And wire-thin bands
That glisten in dim candle play." -Janice T., Clockwork[love that poem, dont know why, im not steampunk]
